Senior Hardware Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional business and engineering teams through platform projects from inception to completion
• Oversee product development and supply chain activities from definition to production, focusing on speed to market, schedule, budget, and cost
• Develop finished goods architectures that meet business requirements for cost, quality, timing, and customer expectations
• Represent Global Product Development with internal and external stakeholders, including Business Units, Operations, and Suppliers
• Monitor technical, quality, and financial risks on assigned projects and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure timely and accurate executive gate reviews and routine project reporting
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to drive innovation and platforming actions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business, or Supply Chain
• 5+ years of experience leading projects and programs, specifically in new product development (NPI)
• Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel
• Working knowledge of engineering principles including FMEA, DOE, QFD, DFA, and DFMA
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as injection molding, casting, forging, or fabricating
• Experience working within an Agile team structure
• Ability to travel up to 15% domestically

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain
• Proficiency in SAP or Oracle
