Senior Hardware Integration & Test Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through integration and testing phases of spacecraft electronics programs
• Coordinate and lead the integration and characterization of products
• Perform or provide oversight of test conductor activities in a lab environment
• Troubleshoot complex electronics systems from component to system level using lab equipment
• Assist design teams in developing integration and characterization plans
• Review and clarify production travelers and test procedures
• Analyze production metrics to increase yield and optimize test flows
• Read and edit software test scripts

Requirements

• BSEE degree
• Minimum of 10 years of experience
• Fundamental knowledge of digital circuits, processors, FPGAs, and power supplies
• Ability to read and understand digital and analog schematics
• Proficiency with lab tools such as bench supplies, scopes, and logic analyzers
• Familiarity with Quality Control, configuration management, and root cause analysis
• US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Digital or analog design experience
• Experience with assembly and test of spacecraft hardware and electronics
• Familiarity with ERP management tools and Bill of Materials (BOM) management
• Experience implementing engineering changes to schematics and documentation
