Senior Hardware Integration & Test Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through integration and testing phases of spacecraft electronics programs
• Execute engineering activities to produce, test, and deliver electronics to customers
• Coordinate product integration and characterization in a lab environment
• Troubleshoot complex electronics systems from component to system level using lab equipment
• Assist design teams with integration and characterization plans
• Review and clarify production travelers and test procedures
• Analyze production metrics to increase yield and optimize test flows
• Read and edit software test scripts

Requirements

• BSEE degree
• Minimum of 10 years of experience
• Fundamental knowledge of digital circuits, processors, FPGAs, and power supplies
• Proficiency in reading and understanding digital and analog schematics
• Experience with Quality Control, configuration management, and root cause analysis
• US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with assembly and test of spacecraft hardware and electronics
• Digital or analog design experience
• Familiarity with schematic tools, ERP management, and Bill of Materials (BOM) management
• Experience implementing engineering changes to schematics and documentation
