Senior Hardware Integration & Test Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams through the integration, testing, and qualification processes of spacecraft electronics.
• Execute engineering activities to produce, test, and deliver high-quality electronics to customers.
• Assist design teams in developing integration and characterization plans.
• Test and troubleshoot complex electronics systems from the component level to full system functionality.
• Review and clarify production travelers, test procedures, and software test scripts.
• Analyze production metrics to increase yield and optimize test flows.
• Perform hands-on lab debugging using bench supplies, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.

Requirements

• BSEE degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Strong knowledge of digital circuits, processors, FPGAs, and power supplies.
• Ability to read and understand both digital and analog schematics.
• Familiarity with Quality Control methods, configuration management, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the assembly and testing of spacecraft hardware and electronics.
• Digital or analog design experience, including schematic review and documentation.
• Experience implementing engineering changes to schematics and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Proficiency with schematic tools, ERP management tools, and data analysis in spreadsheets.
