Senior Hardware Infrastructure Capacity Planner

Responsibilities

• Build, execute, and scale hardware allocation models mapping customer capacity to procurement cycles
• Partner with Global Supply Chain and Procurement to track vendor lead times and mitigate shortage risks
• Collaborate with Data Center Engineering to align rack delivery schedules and power allocations
• Translate compute and storage demands into actionable Component-level Bill of Materials forecasts
• Develop data-driven models to optimize buffer stock levels and track equipment capitalization
• Review hardware pipeline variances with Finance, Product Management, and Engineering

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Supply Planning, Hardware Planning, or Operations Engineering
• Experience with hyperscalers or High-Performance Computing (HPC) networks
• Foundational understanding of modern server system architectures and data center variables
• Advanced proficiency in building forecasting sheets and predictive inventory models
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Engineering, or a quantitative discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing supply constraints for high-performance AI infrastructure (e.g., NVIDIA platforms)
• Experience implementing custom ERP integrations or automated hardware asset management workflows
• Passion for clean energy and data center power grid optimizations
