Senior Hardware Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the full hardware development lifecycle from initial concept through to production release
• Select components and perform schematic capture and PCB layout for optimized, production-ready hardware
• Create and manage PCB libraries and Bills of Materials
• Develop and execute hardware validation plans, test cases, and procedures
• Perform functional and performance testing across hardware components and subsystems
• Debug issues, resolve defects, and continuously improve hardware performance
• Work closely with Firmware, Mechanical, NPI, Manufacturing and Algorithm teams
• Drive hardware readiness for production ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (FCC, CE, EMC, Safety)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field
• 6+ years of experience in hardware design, validation, and optimization
• Proven experience in High Speed Digital board design (DDR, PCIe, USB, MIPI, LVDS)
• Experience in Analog Circuit Design & Simulation
• Experience in RF and Radar design
• Experience in developing complex CPU and FPGA based hardware systems
• Proficiency with SW Tools such as Altium Designer, PADS PCB, Allegro, or ORCAD
• Strong knowledge of hardware testing methodologies and lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers)
• Familiarity with industry standards and protocols (MIPI CSI-2, USB, HDMI, LVDS, Ethernet)
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance testing (FCC, CE, EMC)
• Experience in logic design for FPGA using VHDL/Verilog is a plus
