Senior Hardware Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware development tasks based on existing hardware specifications and architectures
• Create, update, and validate circuit diagrams using worst-case calculations and simulations
• Write test specifications and perform electrical testing on hardware development samples
• Manage process documentation, including planning, module documentation, layout requirements, and FMEA
• Collaborate closely with design teams, subject matter experts, and project management
• Maintain strict tracking of activities and project deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience in hardware engineering or a proficient electronics profile university graduate
• Strong knowledge of embedded hardware design and both analog and digital circuit development
• Hands-on experience with Spice-based simulation programs
• Proficiency with worst-case circuit calculation tools (e.g., MathCAD)
• Understanding of automotive communication protocols such as CAN and LIN
• Good command of the English language
