About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the Bank’s hardware IT assets throughout their entire lifecycle from acquisition to retirement
- Maintain the hardware model database to ensure records are complete, accurate, and normalized
- Track and report on assets with aged or end-of-life models and liaise with stakeholders to initiate refresh activities
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve model management processes and workflows
- Create reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide actionable insights on hardware currency and compliance
- Perform detailed analysis of model records to resolve duplicates, missing information, and data inconsistencies
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in an IT Asset Management (ITAM) role
- 2+ years of experience using ServiceNow Asset and Reporting modules
- 2+ years of experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks
- 2+ years of experience with Power BI and Microsoft Excel for data modeling, advanced formulas, and interactive dashboards
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science or a related field
- ITIL Foundation v4 certification

- Completion of ITAM certificates such as CHAMP or CHAM
