Senior GTM Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build the revenue systems architecture that underpins the GTM organisation
• Create scalable, composable systems that separate data, logic, and user workflows
• Deploy AI-powered workflows across lead qualification, account research, forecasting, and renewals
• Connect AI models to live business data and operational systems
• Own the data model across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and revenue events
• Manage integrations between Salesforce, marketing platforms, data warehouses, and AI tooling
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Finance leaders to translate strategy into workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Revenue Systems
• Advanced Salesforce expertise extending beyond administration
• Experience designing and managing complex business system integrations
• Proven AI deployment experience including automations, agents, or model-driven applications
• Strong data modelling and systems design skills
• Ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building with LLMs and AI APIs
• Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Clay, Make, Zapier, or Workato
• Experience scaling systems within a high-growth B2B SaaS company
