About the role
Responsibilities
- Co-own administration and optimization of the Salesforce platform for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
- Design, troubleshoot, and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation
- Own HubSpot administration including properties, workflows, forms, and lifecycle stages
- Maintain and support integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, and the GTM stack (Planhat, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Lead data quality and governance initiatives, including account deduplication and contact association
- Maintain documentation of system configurations and automation logic
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience
- Strong expertise in designing and optimizing Salesforce Flows
- Experience maintaining Salesforce–HubSpot integrations
- Experience with GTM tools such as Planhat, Gong, or ZoomInfo
- Strong CRM data governance and hygiene skills
- Background in SaaS or subscription-based businesses
- Understanding of ARR, pipeline management, and GTM funnel metrics
