Senior GTM Strategy & Ops Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the deployment operating model, defining roles for Sales Engineers, Deployment Strategists, and Success Managers.
• Design the pilot motion, including scoping processes and managing handoffs between sales and deployment.
• Partner with sales and deployment leaders to identify process gaps and accelerate deals to maximize ARR.
• Build staffing and resourcing models to optimize technical resource deployment and determine headcount needs.
• Develop pilot and deployment playbooks to ensure repeatable, high-standard outcomes.
• Build KPI reporting to track time-to-value and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to align technical deployment with sales strategy.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional experience.
• At least 2 years of operating experience.
• Background in Investment Banking, VC, PE, Consulting, Biz Ops, Revenue Strategy, or Professional Services/Deployment.
• Strong analytical rigor and ability to solve ambiguous problems.
• Ability to build systems, models, and playbooks rather than just coordinating them.
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of how deployment impacts margins and revenue.
• High ownership and ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
