About the Company
Endor Labs is building the Application Security platform for the software development revolution. The company secures code by building a call graph of the entire software estate, enabling teams to identify and fix critical risks faster. Endor Labs is backed by leading VC firms such as Dell Technology Capital, Lightspeed, and Sierra Ventures.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting across GTM functions, from initial intake to offer
- Build and nurture candidate pipelines using outbound methods like LinkedIn Recruiter and JuiceBox AI
- Proactively map target accounts, competitors, and niche talent pools in cybersecurity
- Partner with sales leadership to scale enterprise sales, marketing, CS, and partnerships
- Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate journey
- Track pipeline health, funnel conversion, and sourcing yield to drive decision-making
- Participate in strategic talent initiatives including interviewing rubrics and DEI sourcing
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in both external agency and in-house startup environments
- Proven track record hiring enterprise/field sales in B2B SaaS (AEs, SEs, and leadership)
- Strong sourcing skills for engaging passive talent
- Ability to operate with autonomy in a startup environment
- Experience supporting cybersecurity or software development companies
