Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from pipeline to close
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain high hiring bars
• Source, engage, and close candidates directly
• Work with the founding recruiter and GTM leaders to sharpen interview loops and evaluation frameworks
• Ensure candidate touchpoints are fast, thoughtful, and respectful

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven track record hiring across GTM disciplines (sales, marketing, growth, ops)
• Experience in startups or high-growth companies
• Strong sourcing skills for passive candidates
• Experience improving interview processes and evaluation frameworks
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring across multiple GTM functions simultaneously
• Experience as an early recruiting hire at a scaling company
• Experience designing GTM interview processes or evaluation frameworks from scratch
