Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle GTM hiring for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships
• Build high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping
• Drive hiring process excellence and use data to identify funnel bottlenecks
• Partner with hiring leaders on headcount planning, organizational design, and talent strategy
• Raise the bar on candidate experience and employer branding
• Leverage recruiting technology and AI tools like Ashby to automate workflows

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven track record hiring for GTM functions (Sales, CS, Marketing, RevOps)
• Strong ability to build and convert talent pipelines through proactive sourcing
• Experience partnering with business leaders to calibrate candidate profiles
• Strong operational and analytical skills to manage multiple searches
• Builder mentality with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
