Senior GTM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end data enrichment pipeline using Clay and ZoomInfo
• Define and enforce data governance standards and freshness SLAs
• Instrument lead scoring, ICP scoring, and routing logic
• Build PLG to SLG handoff data flows and surface product signals in Salesforce
• Design and maintain integration architecture using Zapier, Workato, or equivalent iPaaS
• Automate manual processes including task creation, deal alerts, and Slack notifications
• Build and maintain Outreach sequence infrastructure and performance attribution
• Evaluate and operationalize AI tools for rep productivity, such as call summarization and email generation
• Build lightweight LLM-powered automations for CRM enrichment and next-step suggestions

Requirements

• 4+ years in GTM Systems, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
• Proven ownership of data enrichment pipelines using Clay and/or ZoomInfo
• End-to-end iPaaS experience with Workato, Zapier, or Tray.io
• Hands-on Outreach administration including sequence governance and A/B testing
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical system configurations
• Experience managing a personal backlog in a low-process environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting a PLG to SLG transition
• Hands-on work with LLM APIs or AI productivity tools in a GTM context
• CPQ administration or DocuSign CLM experience
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
• Experience with MEDDIC or MEDDPICC frameworks
• Background in B2B SaaS RevOps during Series A/B growth stages
