Senior Growth Operator, Partner

Responsibilities

• Deploy Product-Led Growth (PLG) experiments targeted at partner-sourced leads
• Build and iterate on partner-facing product experiences including incentives, landing pages, and gamification
• Own the full suite of experiences that improve partners' ability to sell Ramp
• Ship products that enable partners to access marketing assets and co-branded materials
• Design and ship growth experiments to increase referral volume and engagement
• Partner with sales, data, finance, and engineering to scope and ship partner growth features
• Build growth acceleration tooling for incentive management and event workflows
• Build autonomous AI agents to run partner workflows end-to-end

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in growth, product growth, or growth engineering at a SaaS or fintech company
• Proven ability to prototype and build MVPs independently
• Experience building and shipping production AI agents that handle edge cases
• Hands-on experience with modern AI coding harnesses like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex
• Ability to write code and review PRs alongside engineering teams
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills with sales, finance, and risk teams
