About the Company

Genus AI is the operating layer for AI-native commerce. We help leading DTC brands turn their product catalog into a performance engine by combining feed infrastructure, AI-generated creative, and performance intelligence to drive revenue across paid channels.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale Dynamic Product Ad (DPA) systems across Meta and other channels
• Structure product feeds, product sets, and segmentation logic
• Manage $50K–$500K+/month in ad spend across multiple brands
• Drive core metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and contribution margin
• Build and iterate campaign architectures such as CBO, ASC, and DPA frameworks
• Lead performance conversations with senior stakeholders and translate data into growth strategy
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal playbooks

Requirements

• 4–7+ years in performance marketing with a focus on Meta-heavy DTC
• Proven experience managing $100K–$1M+/month in ad spend
• Deep expertise in Dynamic Product Ads (DPA)
• Strong understanding of product feeds, product sets, and catalog segmentation
• Ability to analyze performance at SKU-level granularity
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Google Merchant Center, and Google Sheets/Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with feed tools like Feedonomics or DataFeedWatch
• Experience with AI-driven creative or catalog systems
