Senior Growth Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute full-funnel, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive upsell, cross-sell, and revenue growth within the existing customer base.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including audience creation, asset coordination, QA, deployment, and performance tracking.
• Maintain campaign calendars to ensure all initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, operations, and creative teams to align messaging and achieve business goals.
• Perform customer segmentation and targeting to ensure personalized and relevant campaign experiences.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify trends to provide data-driven optimization recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, specifically within customer marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle campaigns.
• Proven experience in end-to-end campaign execution, including messaging development and creative coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and report on performance.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for developing compelling customer messaging.
