Senior Growth Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze Shopify bounce and conversion rates to suggest site improvements
• Work alongside email and SMS efforts to ensure ad traffic is nurtured into repeat buyers
• Identify trending beauty ingredients or skincare concerns to pivot marketing angles
• Maintain a weekly Growth Dashboard tracking MER and customer spend metrics
• Build, launch, and manage daily campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Brief creative teams on beauty-specific UGC and hooks based on performance data
• Monitor the Meta-to-Shopify data gap using tools like Triple Whale or Northbeam
• Run weekly A/B tests on ad copy and landing page offers

Requirements

• 4+ years of DTC experience, preferably in Beauty or Skincare
• Deep proficiency in Shopify, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience working with Shopify apps such as upsells, subscriptions, and reviews
• Ability to perform basic video and static asset editing for quick-turnaround testing
• Proven background in scaling small budgets into larger spend tiers
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
