Responsibilities

• Own upper-funnel go-to-market media strategy across CTV, YouTube, and other top-funnel channels
• Develop measurement methodologies to demonstrate causal connections between brand spend and revenue incrementality
• Design and measure optimized brand marketing funnel touch-points to move audiences toward conversion
• Optimize budget allocation using data-informed guidance to maximize ROI
• Partner with brand and creative teams to ensure campaigns reflect Tilt's mission
• Communicate campaign results, revenue lift, and incrementality insights to leadership
• Establish scalable processes, playbooks, and standards for upper-funnel operations

Requirements

• 6+ years in growth marketing with experience leading upper-funnel marketing (CTV, YouTube, etc.)
• Background in an upper-funnel ad platform, performance agency, or a company with substantial brand investment
• Hands-on experience managing TV and/or CTV campaigns from planning to reporting
• Proven ability to measure ROAS and incrementality in channels with limited direct attribution
• Deep familiarity with YouTube and CTV platform capabilities and measurement tools
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Amplitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL
