Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive and optimize performance marketing across digital channels with a focus on conversions
• Plan, execute, and analyze end-to-end growth campaigns with full hands-on ownership
• Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to create high-quality marketing assets
• Manage and evolve website content with support from the front-end team
• Lead and grow Myriad’s social media presence, specifically on LinkedIn
• Plan and run webinars, including promotion, logistics, and lead nurturing
• Oversee sponsored content, partnerships, and distribution opportunities
• Build out the Myriad AI learning platform
• Coordinate company presence at trade shows and manage post-event leads
• Support copywriting needs and analyze marketing performance to optimize funnels
• Work closely with sales to align messaging and campaign strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth, performance, and digital marketing
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
• Demonstrated experience creating and optimizing acquisition funnels
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Proactive, hands-on operator capable of taking full ownership
• Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM), Apollo, LinkedIn Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
• Experience in structured tech environments or agencies combined with startup agility
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects
• Must be located in Prague
