Responsibilities
- Drive sustainable revenue by growing strategic accounts, preventing churn, and uncovering upsell opportunities
- Own end-to-end account strategy including relationship mapping and revenue growth plans
- Build and maintain C-level and executive-level relationships
- Lead QBRs and strategic reviews to tie platform performance to client business outcomes
- Drive product adoption by communicating platform updates and market shifts
- Collaborate with Sales, Analytics, AdOps, and Product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and reporting
Requirements
- 5–8 years in digital advertising, specifically mobile Ad-Tech in account management or client success
- Proven track record of driving growth across strategic account portfolios
- Experience building C-level client relationships
- Strong analytical skills using data dashboards like Holistics, Looker, or Tableau
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising technology
