Senior Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive net growth and meet revenue targets across an assigned portfolio of UK and Western EMEA accounts
• Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities while managing churn risk
• Lead account retention and growth plans with multi-quarter milestones
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders ranging from performance marketers to C-suite executives
• Work with internal teams to launch, execute, and optimize campaigns
• Deliver actionable performance insights and recommend strategy adjustments
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline documentation, and financial alignment

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in mobile advertising
• At least 3 years in a client-facing growth or account management role
• Solid working knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem
• Proven track record of independently managing and scaling commercial accounts
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagement
• Ability to travel regularly for in-person client engagement
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Established relationships with key advertisers and agencies in the UK and Western EMEA
• Familiarity with data analytics, machine learning, and advertising technology
• Proficiency in an additional European language
