Senior Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute comprehensive strategies to grow the user base and nurture local communities
• Design, launch, and scale local growth programs to strengthen the ecosystem of users and contributors
• Serve as the local go-to person for providing market insights to Comms, Product, BD, and Marketing teams
• Monitor key country health KPIs such as DAU and Contributions, and develop action plans based on performance trends
• Act as a local spokesperson for Reddit to build influential relationships and partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience in user growth, community growth, product operations, or country expansion
• Proven track record of executing growth programs at scale
• Proficiency in Excel modeling and working knowledge of SQL
• Deep understanding of local market culture, including language, current events, and customs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
