Senior Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end, driving revenue growth and managing top-line ownership.
• Tune internal ROAS targets per offer, geo, and OS using tools like Hex, Amplitude, and Looker Studio.
• Act as a bridge between commercial and technical teams to debug cost-data drift and coordinate with engineering.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.
• Ability to analyze data and translate complex metrics into actionable commercial stories.
• High level of ownership and ability to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, LTV, and ARPU.
• Hands-on experience with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
• Background in top-tier consulting (MBB) or high-growth scale-ups.
