Senior Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end, driving revenue growth and top-line ownership.
• Manage and tune internal ROAS targets per offer, geo, and OS using tools like Hex, Amplitude, and Looker Studio.
• Proactively identify and resolve account issues, including budget increases, geo expansions, and format tests.
• Act as a bridge between commercial and technical teams to debug cost-data drift and coordinate with engineering.
• Document and improve the Growth team's standard operating procedures weekly.

Requirements

• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High level of ownership, proactivity, and ability to work in a high-intensity environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot revenue levers and performance trends quickly.
• Comfortable working 5 days a week in our central Berlin office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with platform-marketing metrics such as ROAS, LTV, retention, and ARPU.
• Background in performance marketing, mobile gaming UA, or rewarded UA.
• Hands-on experience with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
• Experience using Hex, SQL-notebook tools, or rewarded UA platforms.
• Background in top-tier consulting (MBB) or a high-growth scale-up environment.
