About the role
Responsibilities
- Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end, driving revenue growth and managing account health
- Tune internal ROAS targets per offer, geo, and OS using tools like Hex, Amplitude, and Looker Studio
- Proactively identify and resolve issues such as budget increases, geo expansions, and format tests
- Act as a bridge between commercial and technical teams to debug cost-data drift and technical issues
- Document and improve the Growth team's standard operating procedures weekly
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is required
- Strong ability to interpret data and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High level of ownership, proactivity, and ability to work in a high-intensity environment
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Beijing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with platform-marketing metrics such as ROAS, LTV, retention, and ARPU
- Background in performance marketing, mobile gaming UA, or rewarded UA
- Hands-on experience with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular
- Experience using Hex, SQL-notebook tools, or rewarded UA platforms
- Background in top-tier consulting (MBB) or a high-growth scale-up
