Senior Growth Leader

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition across the Financial Services practice, specifically in banking, payments, and asset/wealth management
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline creation to closing net-new logos
• Structure and negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Build and manage a consistent, self-generated pipeline using disciplined sales processes like MEDDIC
• Engage senior client stakeholders to position AI and analytics solutions to meet their specific business needs
• Partner with internal delivery and consulting teams to ensure smooth handoffs after the sale

Requirements

• 10–14 years of sales experience, ideally selling complex or consultative solutions
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience selling complex AI, analytics, consulting, or technology solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder-engagement skills
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• Depth in core analytics domains such as Customer Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or Forecasting
• Experience working in growth-stage or mid-size companies
