Senior Group Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the roadmap for B2B Credit products, including Anticipation and B2B Cards, from planning to delivery
• Manage and develop a team of Product Managers, balancing strategic vision with detailed execution
• Partner closely with the Risk team to define credit limits, pre-approved bases, and growth initiative feasibility
• Articulate with Commercial and Sales teams to ensure credit offers align with partner establishment realities
• Monitor growth, penetration, and product health metrics, connecting data to rapid decision-making
• Identify innovation opportunities and propose evolutions to increase the active base and partner engagement

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Manager in credit products, financial services, or fintech
• Proven track record in product management focused on base growth and scale
• Ability to read and make decisions based on metrics and data (GMV, activation, churn, LTV)
• Experience in roadmap management with multiple technical and business stakeholders
• Familiarity with credit risk processes
• Previous experience in managing product teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with receivables anticipation products, B2B credit cards, or BNPL
• Background in payment companies, banking-as-a-service, or digital credit
• Knowledge of marketplace ecosystems and B2B2C business models
