Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale operations within the UK Life and Pensions domain
• Drive business growth and oversee P&L management for the operations unit
• Ensure consistent SLA delivery across multiple locations
• Lead and develop Life and Pension operation teams to achieve excellence
• Oversee operational performance and strategic execution

• Proven track record of managing large-scale operations
• Expertise in P&L management and financial oversight
• Demonstrated experience in meeting and exceeding SLA targets
• Graduate degree in a relevant field
