Senior Group Manager - Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee an indirect team of approximately 50 full-time employees, managing all HR-related matters across the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure governance, control, and SLA performance for transaction accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
• Supervise financial activities, including monthly, interim, and year-end closures.
• Drive cost efficiencies, improved working capital, and cash flow management.
• Function as the end-to-end finance and accounting delivery partner for a diverse environment including AR, cash/banking, and management accounting.
• Prepare and present monthly and executive change management business reviews on operational performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams while managing contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Lead best practice adoption and process optimization through insight analytics and robotic process automation (RPA).

Requirements

• 10-15 years of Finance & Accounting experience.
• Proven experience in a BPO environment at the campaign level.
• Experience managing large teams of approximately 50 FTEs.
• Post Matric qualification in Finance or Accounting.
