Senior Group Manager - Operations - RTR

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to complex F&A processes, including R2R, Banking Operations, FP&A, and Group Reporting
• Lead end-to-end operations across multiple towers ensuring 100% adherence to client SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards
• Manage the vertical as an independent business unit, owning P&L, growth, cost optimization, and resource planning
• Serve as the primary senior interface for executive-level client stakeholders, including CFO-level counterparts
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives (RPA, AI/ML)
• Oversee the development and enforcement of robust Risk & Controls frameworks, ensuring compliance with SOX and statutory requirements
• Lead large, diverse teams with a focus on capability development, coaching, and succession planning

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (CA/CMA/CPA) or Post Graduate in Finance
• 15+ years of experience in F&A Operations
• 5–7 years in leadership roles managing large financial operations teams
• Expertise in R2R, Treasury, Banking operations, and Risk & Controls
• Experience working with leading ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or MS Dynamics
• Proven ability to manage vertical P&L and drive business growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Financial Services or global shared services environments
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale digital transformation and process re-engineering projects
