Senior Group Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and manage customer, product, billing, and operational data across multiple Group entities to ensure a single source of truth.
• Build and maintain scalable data models that support reporting, forecasting, and business insights.
• Cleanse, reconcile, and validate complex datasets, including matching billing data to financial records in NetSuite.
• Establish and maintain master data governance standards across the Group.
• Develop automated data pipelines and reporting solutions to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Partner with Group FP&A and M&A teams to analyze non-financial drivers and support due diligence and IPO-readiness.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a senior data analyst, commercial analyst, FP&A analyst, or business analyst role.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills with the ability to independently extract, analyze, and validate data.
• Deep understanding of SaaS/subscription metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, NRR) and transactional platform metrics.
• Proven experience with master data governance, including cleansing and reconciling customer and billing datasets.
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience, specifically partnering with finance and commercial teams.
• High attention to detail with experience producing data for board reporting and audit purposes.
