Senior GRE Stress Engineer - Piping

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed stress analysis and design verification of Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) piping systems
• Act as an expert in Bond strand systems in accordance with ISO 14692
• Review and approve GRE vendor drawings, stress reports, and calculations to ensure technical compliance and constructability
• Utilize CAESAR II for comprehensive piping stress evaluations
• Provide hands-on expertise in pipe supports
• Guide and mentor junior stress engineers within the team
• Communicate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and justify technical results to clients

Requirements

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in GRE Pipe Stress Analysis
• B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Deep expertise in ISO 14692 international codes
• Proficiency in CAESAR II software
• Mandatory hands-on experience with pipe supports
• Proven experience working on Oil & Gas or EPC projects
