Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the merchandise team to design new products using company milestones
• Design customer gifting items including mission patches, signing gifts, and event-specific products
• Own the product design process from initial concept to production hand off
• Design and maintain tech packs, fit charts, color standards, and fabric specifications
• Develop graphics, typography, and layouts for social, web, and print media
• Prepare designs for final production including printer and vendor specifications
• Act as a key stakeholder in developing the brand identity through merchandising

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design or an artistic field
• 5+ years of professional design experience in illustration, graphic design, or print production
• Ability to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed
• Occasional travel to events

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product, graphic, and merchandise design
• Impressive design portfolio featuring merchandise and graphic designs
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience working with fashion or apparel brands
• Experience retouching images for digital and print
• Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
