Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic graphic design solutions for complex proposals, sales materials, and presentations.
• Develop visually compelling layouts, including long documents, PowerPoint presentations, storyboards, and marketing collateral.
• Interpret and convert technical data and conceptual content into accessible, visually appealing information.
• Lead interview visuals by developing live sketches and concepts.
• Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on design methods, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with proposal teams and technical staff to strengthen messaging and visual storytelling.
• Manage multiple complex project assignments simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Coordinate with external vendors for printing requirements and production support.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• A portfolio (link or PDF) demonstrating expertise in layout, graphics, and presentation design is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat).
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related discipline (or equivalent A/E/C work experience).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends, to meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry.
• Experience in proposal development and sales support.
• Knowledge of ArcGIS plug-ins for Illustrator, SketchUp, or Streetmix.
• Experience with video editing, After Effects, or other multimedia tools.
• Skills in traditional illustration or hand-sketching.
