Responsibilities

• Concept and execute creative across all digital mediums including social, digital ads, DTC, and email marketing
• Translate creative briefs into strategic design solutions that tell a compelling story
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support brand initiatives and product launches
• Create social media content including static images, GIFs, and video
• Maintain the brand feel and voice across all assets
• Manage and curate the library of graphic assets
• Create digital mockups, style guides, and pitch decks

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital and print design
• Experience in CPG and packaging design
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
• High proficiency in motion design
• Proficiency in AI prompting and design development
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout
• Experience in illustration and photo retouching
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Figma
• Experience in copywriting
• Web development experience
• Experience in agency or retail environments
