Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization and execution of integrated creative campaigns across print, digital, social, CRM, retail, and experiential channels
• Serve as a brand guardian ensuring global consistency across B2B and B2C communications
• Evolve and refine brand visual guidelines in partnership with the Global Director
• Provide creative direction on photo retouching, compositing, video editing, and motion graphics
• Design high-quality collateral including brochures, lookbooks, and email marketing campaigns
• Partner with web and CRM teams to develop branded email campaigns and cohesive website visuals
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and mentor junior designers or freelancers

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle
• Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign development across print, digital, and motion
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Advanced photo retouching, cropping, and compositing expertise
• Experience with ESP platforms and email marketing design best practices
• Working knowledge of CSS, CMS, HTML, and website backend systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with interactive/experiential platforms such as Ceros
