Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-impact visual designs for advertising, digital, and print media
• Ensure all design work aligns with client briefs, brand guidelines, and industry standards
• Lead design projects from initial concept through final delivery, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and other team members to produce cohesive and compelling design solutions
• Review and provide constructive feedback on designs, ensuring adherence to creative and technical standards
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously innovate and elevate design quality
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and effective visual design projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Experience in creating and managing visual assets for digital and print media
• Proficiency in using design tools and project management software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
• Effective in working with cross-functional teams
