Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-bar creative marketing assets across campaigns, collateral, email marketing, event signage, and swag
• Expand and utilize the BILL brand design system, including brand guidelines and templates
• Act as a primary creative consultant for stakeholders, interpreting complex briefs and defending design decisions
• Lead projects from conceptual stage through to final production and delivery
• Present creative work and logic to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Proactively identify and communicate project bottlenecks and roadblocks
• Mentor peers and junior members of the creative team

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of high-level design expertise with experience in big-picture strategy and execution
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience building and expanding design systems
• Knowledge of creative AI tools and motion design
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure
