About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct landscape analyses to identify new private and public funding opportunities
- Oversee the proposal development process and submit applications via donor portals
- Coordinate with staff to obtain programmatic information, data, and budgets for funding opportunities
- Manage the full grant lifecycle including implementation, monitoring, and close-out
- Prepare MOUs, subgrant agreements, and amendment requests
- Coordinate with the finance team to process invoices and reimbursement requests
- Maintain databases for all awards, agreements, and reporting deadlines
- Train internal and external personnel on grant management and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in private and/or public grant management
- Four-year college degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe software
- Experience managing multiple competing tasks under pressure
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
