Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting in support of the Head of Sales, Enterprise AEs, sales leadership, and adjacent GTM roles
- Serve as a trusted talent partner through weekly syncs and candid pipeline reviews
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies leveraging AI tools to attract top GTM talent
- Articulate the company mission and product trajectory to win candidates against competing offers
- Negotiate and close candidates in a highly competitive market
- Analyze recruiting metrics and refine processes using AI to drive smarter hiring decisions
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging AI recruiting tools
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience
- Deep experience in Enterprise Sales hiring
- Experience working in high-growth startup environments
- Proven track record of partnering closely with sales leadership
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for sourcing, screening, or engagement
- Fluency with various ATS platforms, preferably Ashby
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
