Senior Global Talent Management Manager

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise Talent Management priorities into scalable global programs, implementation plans, and governance models.
• Own the global operating rhythm, including cadence, sequencing, and dependency management across core processes.
• Drive consistent execution of global processes such as succession planning, performance management, and talent reviews.
• Serve as the primary integration lead to align divisional approaches and resolve issues within a matrix environment.
• Partner with Global HR Centers of Expertise and divisional HR Directors to ensure synergy and adoption of strategic initiatives.
• Leverage talent analytics and assessment insights to identify trends and inform leadership recommendations.
• Partner with HRIS and IT teams to enhance system processes, reporting, and data-driven insights.
• Identify and apply AI solutions to improve Talent Management operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, Strategic HR, or related HR leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading HR strategies within a global, matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and align stakeholders across different regions and functions.
• Strong program and project management skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and talent analytics (experience with SuccessFactors and PowerBI is a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience or certification in workplace talent assessments.
• AI fluency or a strong willingness to develop AI capabilities relevant to HR.
