Senior Global Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of supply chain strategies across EMEA
• Support global procurement and sourcing operations to ensure reliable material supply
• Establish and manage KPIs for supply chain performance and cost efficiency
• Develop risk mitigation strategies including dual sourcing and business continuity planning
• Partner with logistics teams to manage international movements, customs, and VAT compliance
• Oversee inventory management including safety stock and site transfers
• Manage supplier and logistics provider relationships to drive performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, IT, finance, and legal teams
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements in documentation and escalation SLAs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering
• 10+ years of progressive experience in global supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and demand planning
• Experience in multi-regional operations with global suppliers
• Solid understanding of international trade compliance, customs, and incoterms
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field
• APICS, ISM, CIPS, or Six Sigma certifications
