Senior Global Service Associate - Tax & Accounting

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of accounting and tax services
• Monitor and manage accounting and tax compliance requirements, including tax and statutory filings
• Provide guidance to clients on accounting and tax best practices
• Coordinate with internal teams and local service providers to ensure timely delivery of services
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and local service providers
• Support the development and implementation of new services and processes
• Maintain accurate records of client information using Salesforce, SharePoint, FreshDesk, and Microsoft Teams
• Create service tickets and sense check data provided by customers or local teams
• Respond to customer ad hoc queries and manage escalations
• Build and maintain region and service line specific knowledge bases

Requirements

• 5 years minimum experience with Accounting and Tax in a customer facing service delivery capacity
• Strong customer facing and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Project management and/or onboarding experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Ability to manage multiple business relationships effectively
• Self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Experience with IFRS and US GAAP
• Experience with market accounting systems such as Netsuite, Xero, SAGE Intacct, or QuickBooks
