Senior Global Sales, Nike.net Business Team

Responsibilities

• Drive the evolution of Nike.net's Buy and Post-Purchase experience to optimize digital wholesale commerce.
• Partner with Global Sales, Geographies, Product, and Technology teams to translate strategy into platform priorities and roadmap inputs.
• Act as the business subject matter expert for capabilities including product discovery, search, cart, checkout, and order management.
• Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth, platform adoption, and operational efficiency.
• Define, track, and report on key performance indicators such as engagement and revenue impact.
• Lead discovery work, build business cases, and support user acceptance testing and platform launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Commerce, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent combination of experience).
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, B2B/B2C platform strategy, or sales support.
• Experience partnering with product and technology teams to influence platform roadmaps.
• Proven strength in analytics, problem-solving, and translating data into measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency in AI tools, Excel, and AirTable.
