Senior Global Portal Experience Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own the evolution and excellence of the Cornerstone demo portal ecosystem, ensuring portals reflect the latest product capabilities and go-to-market priorities.
• Drive the long-term vision for portal architecture, content governance, and user experience.
• Implement emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools, to automate workflows and elevate Solution Consultant productivity.
• Provide expert-level escalation support for shared demo instances and resolve complex technical issues.
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects to improve demo assets and sales enablement outcomes.
• Define and track KPIs for demo portal health, adoption, and enablement effectiveness.
• Develop best practice guides, training materials, and documentation to empower global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of proven experience working with Cornerstone products.
• Strong familiarity with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing and support systems.
• Solid project management skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Expertise in technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for working in a global, virtual team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation tools to optimize workflows.
• Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or cloud platforms such as AWS.
