About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate deal flow and source new best-in-class brand partners
- Lead partnership pitches and craft compelling proposals
- Negotiate and close partnership deals including contract drafting and invoicing
- Execute partnership deals with end-to-end ownership and account management
- Monitor partnership performance and analyze key metrics for ROI
- Liaise with RM Sotheby’s Senior Management, Legal, and Marketing departments
- Organize travel arrangements and meetings
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in automotive partnership marketing, sales, or business development
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals
- Strong existing relationships across the automotive and luxury industries
- Expertise in project and account management for large-scale activations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
