Senior Global Marketing Manager, Innovation

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end innovation for the Voltaren brand, managing the pipeline from concept generation to global launch activation
• Deliver best-in-class innovation programmes that translate superior science into meaningful consumer experiences
• Drive the creation of fully adaptable toolkits for Operating Units (OUs), including shopper activation and channel pack architecture
• Develop differentiated claims roadmaps and commercial innovation to support pricing and promotion strategies
• Contribute to the continuous optimization of the innovation portfolio and support the development of innovation guardrails
• Support the implementation of sustainability plans within innovation priorities

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and driving innovation projects, including product development and asset creation
• Demonstrated ability to lead the development of new concepts and claims derived from robust consumer insights
• Expertise in crafting impactful toolkits and communications anchored in brand equity
• Proven ability to develop integrated digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
• Experience managing complex projects and stakeholders within a matrix organization
