Senior Global Influencer Marketing Manager - Fragrance

Responsibilities

• Scout emerging and established fragrance creators globally across social platforms
• Lead global creator list growth strategy in partnership with regional markets
• Build and maintain a live, tiered global roster of fragrance creators and opinion leaders
• Develop tailored seeding strategies that feel intentional, premium, and culturally relevant
• Personally connect with top-tier creators to build authentic, long-term relationships
• Lead outreach moments for launches, PR drops, and content creation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PR and Influencer teams to integrate talent into broader activations
• Track performance metrics including EMV, reach, engagement, and conversion
• Provide regular reporting and insight recaps to internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven success building and scaling global creator lists within the fragrance category
• Strong understanding of fragrance category and creator ecosystems
• Track record of leading global campaigns and cross-functional projects
• Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or beauty/luxury partnerships in fragrance
